ROAD RUNNER & PRESENT CONTINUOUS (elementary students, young learners)

 Watch this video, have some fun and practise the present continuous tense.


                 


What are these two guys doing? Use the present continuous form to explain what is happening in each scene. Follow the examples:

                                        COYOTE IS WALKING BACKWARDS.
                                                  COYOTE IS FALLING.

SCHEME 1:
  1. Coyote is _______________.
  2. He is _______________ with relief.
  3. Oh,no! He ______________________ again!
  4. He  ____________________ with a rock on top of his head. He is angry.
SCHEME 2:
  1. Road runner is ______________.
  2. Coyote _____________________.

SCHEME 3:
  1. Coyote ______________________ a trap. 
  2. He ______________________ some problems to make it work.

  4. He ______________________ a bowl of bird seed as a bait.
  5. Road Runner _______________________  the bird seed.
  6. Coyote ____________________ some oil on the trap's mechanism.
  7. He _____________________ in a very bad mood.
SCHEME 4:

SCHEME 5:
  1. Coyote ____________________ a machine to freeze Road Runner.
